PROBLEM: Communication through a screen is not easily understood by individuals who lack emotional intelligence.
SOLUTION: To help make digital communication more accessible to everyone, we created CTRL Emotion.
While this message is meant to be interpreted as sarcasm, someone who lacks emotional intelligence might interpret this literally.
Apple will create a keyboard that is accessible to everyone.
The keyboard will analyze emoji usage with context of the conversation and suggest an emotion at the bottom of your screen, helping you understand the emotion your texting buddy might be feeling.
